Project Manager

* Coordinate the procurement and installation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) including development of the procurement scope through communication with the end users.

* Assist with the selection of vendors to provide proposals, compare proposals provided to for review by end users/management.

* Prepare and track of all documentation for the procurement under the direction of the Federal Task Leader.

* Work closely with project team to identify delivery dates for all items in the project schedule.

* Assist with the delivery, unpacking, installation, and activation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

* Work with the Sr. Project Manager to closely track budget and schedule. This work is expected to support laboratory facility projects for NIAID on the NIH Bethesda Campus.
