Job Summary

At W.C. Bradley Outdoor Cooking, we are passionate about creating amazing outdoor cooking experiences. Our family of brands, including Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's, and Pit Boss, inspires people to elevate their grilling and smoking adventures. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the workflow of the internal creative team, ensuring smooth and timely execution of creative projects across packaging, POP, retail, digital, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creative Project Management: Coordinate and traffic creative projects, including packaging design, POP materials, digital assets, and campaign deliverables, from initiation to final approval.
  • Workflow Optimization: Manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment across departments.
  • Content Review and Quality Assurance: Oversee the review process for creative deliverables, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets established quality standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors, including printers and production partners, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project timelines, approvals, revisions, and budgets. Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on project statuses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and workflow

Qualification Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years' of experience in project coordination, preferably within a creative or marketing environment preferred; open to new graduates with relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of creative processes for packaging and POP materials is a plus
