Description
We're looking for an experienced IT Hardware Analyst who is passionate about solving problems and providing solutions to leading-edge technology issues. What you'll do: The IT Hardware Analyst is a member of the IT support team providing Tier II-level software, hardware, and network support. This person implements and maintains policies and goals that support the organization's IT needs. They ensure the proper functionality of the information processing systems and oversee necessary upgrades. This person ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software meets organizational needs. * Addresses escalated customer support calls for IT-related problems, providing call resolution * Provide excellent customer service to end users by communicating all stages of progress in the resolution of the reported problem * Performs advanced Desktop/Laptop and network support duties including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems, printers, AV equipment, and peripherals * PC setup, re-image, application installation, and software break/fix for PCs * Conducts training designed to educate computer users about connecting to corporate resources remotely What you'll need to be successful: * Associates Degree/Vocational or Technical School Preferred in computer science, computer information systems or equivalent years of experience * Minimum of 2 years of work experience within the IT sector * AGILE Project Framework * Inventory Control and Asset Management * Asset Life-cycle Management * OS Deployment; PXE and USB Boot utilizing SCCM * Application Installation and troubleshooting * Familiar with Active Directory, File and Print services * Ability to support Windows 8.1/10 * Experience utilizing remote control software to troubleshoot and resolve PC desktop support issues * Ability to work within all levels of the organization * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment What to do next: If Cornerstone sounds like the place for you (and if you have the qualifications, drive, and passion to match), we invite you to become a member of our winning team!
