Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team of corporate marketing professionals. This role will be key in coordinating and overseeing the project management of various marketing projects and initiatives. We are seeking a positive-minded, detail-oriented individual who is highly efficient in time management, prioritization, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Utilize project management tools (including Monday.com) to track requests and see projects through from concept to completion meeting project deadlines.
  • Convey ideas and project instructions clearly and effectively, in written or verbal form as well as foster an open dialogue within cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal clients to provide marketing ideas and solutions that meet the needs of project requestors.
  • Work alongside the creative team to deliver requests quickly and accurately providing status reports along the way.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Create and utilize processes that increase efficiency across all project types.
  • Accurately track billing specifications for every request and submit billing reports on time.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with internal clients to increase the value of marketing services.



What you'll need to be successful:




  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing coordination, marketing project management or similar marketing role.


  • Experience with Project Management Software such as Monday.com preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with quick project turnarounds.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to this role.


  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and seeing each one to completion in a timely manner.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow


  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
