Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a creative Jr Graphic Designer to work collaboratively with our design team and create engaging content for our family of brands. Success in this job relies on your creativity, excellent organizational skills, and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Prepare, plan, and create digital graphic designs in accordance with established brand guidelines and compliance standards


  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with design team on designing a wide range of marketing materials including but not limited to social media content, flyers, email marketing campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, posters, direct mail and more


  • Have a creative eye, an understanding of color and design concepts
  • Prioritize and manage projects ensuring projects are completed on-time with high-quality standards and according to brand/compliance
  • Perform retouching and design edits to existing designs
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Organize designs and assets properly according to the department file organization system
  • Pitch creative ideas



Qualifications




  • Although this position is entry-level, Graphic Design experience a plus
  • BA or AA in Graphic Design or related field
  • Knowledge of graphic design theories and principles
  • Proficiency in PC-based Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of file preparation for print production and email purposes helpful
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects (long-term and short-term) under tight production deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot and strategically resolve issues
  • Ability to prioritize rush projects and maintain professionalism and high level of quality under tight deadlines
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Must be flexible and able to perform other non-production related job functions as needed
  • Must provide portfolio with examples and professional references
