Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking a Process Manager for customer communications who will be responsible to work with internal and external partners to provide and analyze mapping for customer communications, make recommendations on enhancing and updating customer facing letters, billing statements, escrow analysis, year-end documents, emails, texts and digital. Must be well organized, able to establish timelines, manage delivery to established timelines and present results.




  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $110-140k



Key Responsibilities include:




  • Manage internal customers to define and execute initial production quality control (QC), periodic QC, and archive all testing scripts.
  • Effectively communicate, gather, and execute requirements internally and externally manage vendor performance and articulate results.
  • Project Manage internal content software and delivery mechanisms.
  • Understand communication file requirements and delivery methods. Stay up to date with ICE file changes and data fields for document mapping.
  • Reconcile invoices, communications sent, communication imaged, within business expectations.
  • Present results and communicate effectively to Executive Management.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred 5 years operations with ICE Financial Systems.
  • Effective communication skills necessary to communicate with team members, vendors, and production staff.
  • Strong research and computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to mortgage banking.
  • Strong reasoning, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to pay significant attention to details.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe.
