The Manager of Clinical Strategic Operations - Remote (prefer candidates in Austin, TX) is responsible for the development, presentation, and execution of clinical strategies and economic tools; such as, budget impact models, comparative analysis, root cause analysis, and SWOT analysis, that will drive the appropriate corporate resource utilization.



Your Impact

    Work cross functionally with leaders of Clinical & Scientific Affairs (CSA) and Finance to manage CSA financials, such as, budget, forecast and strategic long range plans
  • Manage Hanger, Inc. grants by ensuring all appropriate documentation and financials are completed timely and accurately
  • Serve as the point of contact for grant external partners
  • Healthcare Economics and Policy Election: prepare and analyze reports that will measure the efficiency, effectiveness, behavior/value of the production and consumption of O&P
  • Project manage various projects with Clinical Affairs
  • Assist Chief Clinical Officer with ad hoc projects by providing analytical and/or managerial support
  • Prepare and analyze operational KPIs (productivity modeling, comparative analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.) for Hanger Clinic Markets to improve upon opportunities within markets and or industry (HC360)
  • Prepare and analyze (RFP) SCORE impacts to cost of materials (COM)
  • Analyze and report on UEPP financial and incentives impact to the organization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Statistics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or in a similar role (3 years with MBA or advance degree)
  • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Pay range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
