The salary for this position is $280,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation will be prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Job Summary Part-Time Regional Primary Care Physician- North Shore, MA Qualifications Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team - a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance. The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning. Rather than managing your own panel, you'll step into a well-resourced clinic and be supported by our Virtual Care Team, Medical Access Coordinators, Behavioral Health Team, and After-Hours Call Program.
