Inventory Locator Service (ILS), a CAMP Systems company, has helped customers by collecting data about parts available in the marketplace and organizing them into one user-friendly database. The new and used parts locator service developed by ILS has helped numerous customers in the aviation, marine, and defense sectors find the parts they need, streamline procurement, sell their parts inventory, improve their MRO services, and automate their supply chain operations.

CAMP's relationships with business aircraft manufacturers, aircraft maintenance facilities, and parts suppliers place it in a unique position to understand how current offline information flows in the business aviation industry to introduce friction to the global market for business aviation parts and services. Job Summary

If you're a top-performing SDR who's ready to step into an AE role now- not just as a future promise but as a real, immediate opportunity-this role is for you. Not only will you own closing deals in the SMB segment, but you'll also be the driving force behind our outbound prospecting strategy, helping the entire sales team level up. This role is designed for a rockstar SDR who has mastered multi-channel outreach and wants to take the next step. You'll get to close deals, refine our outbound motion, and set the standard for prospecting excellence.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and Close Deals in the SMB Market - Own the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from first contact to signed contract.
  • Run Multi-Channel Outreach - Use ultramodern prospecting tools Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, cold calling, and AI-powered automation to drive engagement.
  • Build Pipeline & Secure Executive Engagement - Get high-value prospects into executive sessions, panels, and industry events to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Create & Refine Our Outbound Sales Playbook - Implement best practices, sequences, templates, and processes to improve sales prospecting across the team.
  • Coach and Elevate the Sales Team on Outbound - Help other reps become better prospectors by sharing what works and rolling out repeatable, scalable methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Leadership - Work closely with marketing, sales leadership, and the executive team to refine ICPs, messaging, and outbound strategies



Requirements



  • Proven SDR Success - You've consistently hit or exceeded quota in sales development.
  • Multi-Channel Outbound Expertise - You know how to blend cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and automation tools into a killer outbound process.
  • Closing Readiness - You've already closed smaller deals or have the ability to ramp quickly into full-cycle selling.
  • Process-Oriented & Data-Driven - You optimize outreach strategies based on data and continuously refine what works.
  • Tech-Savvy Sales Professional - Experience with Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar modern sales tools is a huge plus.
  • E-Commerce or SMB Market Experience (a plus) - Knowledge of selling e-commerce or marketplace technology is highly
