1. Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration * Collaborate closely with the China GAM leader and CAM team, managing all Chinese Chain customers' business in the US, starting with Luckin Coffee, Chagee, and Heytea in 2025, and expanding to cover all Chinese Chain Customers. * Build solid relationships and trust with the Greater China Global Account management team to understand the Chinese Chain customer business model. * Partner with the China GAM/CAM Team to develop robust customer-centric U.S. sales strategies to support U.S. market entry and new business aligned with the GC QSR Brand Plan for the assigned customers. * Represent the Voice of the U.S.-based Greater China Customer to the GC GAM Team, supporting the Division's innovation pipeline through close collaboration with Marketing and the GC Market. * Leverage GC QSR relationships to grow Ecolab U.S. presence in GC Brands to ensure 100% sole supplier in the U.S. expansion opportunity. 2. Market Expansion and Revenue Growth * Drive 100% share of the business in the US and support the success of 100% share China markets. * Drive revenue growth for Greater China QSR U.S. Brand expansion (initially Luckin, Chagee, Heytea). * Create the U.S. Opportunity Pipeline and manage sales, installation, and build-out tactics to ensure sustained and healthy growth of the GC QSR Brands. * Assist customers in establishing and expanding their business in the US, with an estimated 200 stores opening and $350k Ecolab business in 2025, and a projected total of 3000+ stores around $12 million potential with total Ecolab solutions by 2027. * Approach the opportunity and customer from a total One Ecolab perspective, driving total solutions sales including QSR Cleaning and Sanitation (WW, BWQ, Ecolab Everyday), Pest Elimination, Ecosure, FSS, Digital and Light Water to help them scale rapidly as they come to the US. 3. Sales Execution and Customer Engagement * Execute sales strategies in conjunction with GC GAM and U.S. Sales teams. * Create and ensure U.S. execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the assigned GC Brands; collaborate with the Division on innovation execution. * Work with field and regional CAM organizations to execute SLAs to ensure Total Value Delivered for GC QSR Brands. * Participate as required in Executive Business Reviews with assigned customers. 4. Resource Coordination and Support * Collaborate effectively with US QSR marketing, RDE, field service, technical support, and food safety auditing teams, as well as other key corporate functions, to ensure the necessary resources to support customers with regulation guidance, local SOP establishment, and One Ecolab total value delivery in cleaning and sterilization, beverage water quality management, and food safety solutions. Key Competencies: * Customer and Business Insight * Build Global Networks * Manage Global Complexity * Drive Results Requirements: * Knowledge of Chinese customer behavior and Ecolab's US business model, with a strong grasp of cultural and business practices in both markets. * Capable of working well under pressure and at a fast pace. * Skilled in handling ambiguity and finding solutions consistently. * Capable of leveraging global knowledge to achieve goals and drive results with available resources. * Effective in communicating and collaborating across functions due to interpersonal, organizational, and cultural adeptness. * Persistent, self-directed and results oriented. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in corporate account management, business development, or marketing preferred. * Must be fluent in Chinese and able to travel to China regularly. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total Compensation range for this position is $125,100-$187,700 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
