What You'll Do:
As the VP, U.S. Operations, you'll report directly to the CEO and oversee all aspects of operations across five U.S. sites, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and new product manufacturing. This is a high-impact role where you will:
Lead and develop a team of experienced operational leaders, including directors of manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.
Drive operational efficiencies, optimize costs, and enhance productivity across multiple facilities.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain and production planning, ensuring seamless execution.
Implement best-in-class manufacturing and distribution strategies to support continued growth.
Partner with executive leadership to align operations with business goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Travel 25% (primarily within the DFW Metroplex, with occasional trips to Chicago and Baltimore).
Who We're Looking For:
Proven Leadership:
At least 15 years of experience
in industrial manufacturing operations, with a track record of success at the VP level or equivalent.
Multi-Site Management: Experience overseeing multiple plants and distribution centers with at least 200+ employees.
Continuous Improvement Expertise: Lean Leadership, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification highly preferred.
Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to lead high-level strategy while also driving execution on the ground.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus).
Strong Communicator: Ability to influence cross-functional teams, from the factory floor to the boardroom.

Salary range estimated Min Rate: $190000.00 to Estimateded Max Rate: $220000.00 plus 25% bonus (paid out annually, based on individual contribution & company performance) and all offered benefits.
