What you'll be doing...

This position will present data insights to a diverse cross section of the company from executive leaders to frontline employees. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing reporting packages measuring Campaign Effectiveness, Offer Engagement, Channel Productivity and Engagement, and driving enhancements to VZEngage. Provide insights to optimize campaigns aligned to Verizon's marketing growth and retention strategies. Improve targeting and audiencing by leveraging analytics, partnering closely with Marketing, Finance and Channel reporting team. This position supports the collaboration with the offer, operations, sales channel while leading the reporting teams. In this role, you will manage a small team that manages all reporting activities related to campaign development and deployment and after action reviews.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing VZEngage.

  • Quality check new and existing dashboards, and supporting periodic reporting.

  • Providing data insights in focus areas to optimize campaign performance and channel effectiveness.

  • Leading special projects driving systems enhancements to VZEngage.

  • Working cross-functionally with Offer teams, Operations, Sales, IT, Communication Managers, and Legal.

  • Working with IT to enhance reporting when necessary to include hold out groups to measure incrementality.

  • Enabling creative optimization and testing.

  • Presenting and selling performance improvement strategies to sales channels and leadership.

  • Integrating multiple systems to increase performance, efficiency and personalization.

  • Reviewing with and providing updates to key stakeholders regarding campaign strategy, performance and optimization that has been and/or will be implemented, and the associated gains.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in analytics, strategic marketing, financial planning, or financial analysis.

  • Experience in technical project management or related disciplines.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Bachelor degree in a technical field (eg. engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics).

    • Leadership experience.

    • Experience working with big data sets and relational databases.

    • Presentation experience with executive leadership.

    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite.

    • Value Based Marketing / CRM experience.

    • Familiarity with base management and lifecycle engagement tactics, techniques and practices.

    • Adobe Campaign experience.

    • SQL/Teradata / Google Big Query / Google Cloud Platform.

    • Demonstrated experience in solution design, development and technical consulting through tight collaboration between business and IT teams.

    • Tableau experience.
