Description
Note: APA operates on a 37.5-hour work week with one hour lunch breaks each day. APA sets salaries based on several considerations, including years of relevant experience, level of education, and previous staff and/or governance experience at APA. The Accounts Payable (AP) Manager will supervise a staff of 2-3 AP Specialists and oversee all aspects of the accounts payable functions ensuring all payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, managing and overseeing all accounts payable related activities to include invoice receipt and processing, payment processing/disbursements, vendor management, using a large ERP system and the annual processing of 1099's. Education and Experience Required:
Computer Skills Required: Must have experience with accounting software. (Business Central or other comparable ERP solution) Excellent Microsoft Office skills are a must. Responsibilities: AP Manager is responsible for the following:
