Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Bindery Team Lead, to join our business in Las Vegas, NV!

Your Responsibilities:
* Operate Bindery Equipment

* Train Others to Operate Bindery Equipment
* Assist Other Operators in Operation of Bindery Equipment
* Work with Supervisor to ensure standards and schedules are met

You Must Have:
* 10 Years experience in Bindery Equipment Operation
* and at least 3 years in a Leadership Role

We Would Also Prefer:
* Computer skills to accurately data collect time and train others and verify they are doing the same
* Strong communication skills
