Job Summary

This key role will be instrumental in driving the success of AMAROK's Sales and Marketing teams by providing expert Salesforce architecture, design, development, and support. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions, building and maintaining critical Salesforce applications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our CRM ecosystem.

Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Perform in-depth impact analysis and optimize existing Salesforce automations and programs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Provide second-level technical support for Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement applications.
  • Research and evaluate new Salesforce technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and user guides.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Salesforce Administrators.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement.
  • Strong development skills in Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including middleware technologies (a plus).
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.


Certifications

The ideal candidates will have the following required Certifications:



  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I


Preferred Certification:



  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Approximate Compensation is 120K - 150K annually. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
