Systems Reporting Analyst/Engineer

Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Systems Reporting Analyst/Engineer position on the US Senate ITSC-IV program. This position will be responsible for evaluating current manually created account operations/invoicing data reports and formatting to load report data into an SQL database from which reports are queried and created.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Design and maintain all reporting functions across multiple business areas.
• Evaluating current operations and invoicing data reports.
• Formatting data into SQL database
• Daily use of Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and formulas to support reporting environment.
• Working on assigned duties and tasks in collective effort with other team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience, master's degree with 3+ years' experience or high school diploma/GED with 9+ years' experience.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Agency clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and functions.
• Minimum of three years' experience as an SQL database admin or developer.
• Minimum of five years' experience with Microsoft Excel to produce reports using lookups, concatenates, pivot tables, etc.
• Strong knowledge of database theory and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years of SQL database and MS Excel with advance reporting experience is preferred. Experience interfacing and extracting data from ITSM systems (ie: ServiceNow).
• Microsoft SQL database developer or administrator certifications with a strong emphasis in SQL database tables (creation, maintenance, and reporting)
• Technical certifications or proven advanced reporting experience for MS Excel is preferred.
