JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and safe working conditions of all shop and billboard mounted electrical components/systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot all problems, both mechanical and electrical

• Preventative maintenance i.e. oil changes, full brake jobs, tune-ups, tire changes with tire machine and balancer, rotate tires, repair anything that failed state inspections on large and small trucks and road calls.

• Be able to install new lighting equipment and commercial truck equipment.

• Some small engine repairs to lawn maintenance equipment.

• Must have some experience working on all makes and models of pickup trucks and vans.

• Portable generator, medium-duty diesel and some heavy-duty diesel truck repair knowledge is a plus.

EQUIPMENT USED

• Must have own tools. If you have a scanner tool that's a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Class B CDL required.

• Have some knowledge of Word and Excel and be able to write work orders.

• Auto mechanic Trade school training in Automotive and Diesel vehicles.

• Electric Vehicle training a plus.

• Trade school graduate with at least 2+ years' experience.
