Sr. Analyst, Inventory Management

JOB MISSION:

Responsible for monitoring inventory across our Distribution Centers (DCs) and ensuring alignment between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) engine.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop process to identify inventory data discrepancies, monitor inventory accuracy, and reconcile errors across multiple DCs.
• Document and maintain SOPs for the above processes.
• Build and publish weekly inventory health report, with key insights, to be shared with Management.
• Collaborate with cross functional parties on root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
• Manage inventory reconciliation across WMS and ERP.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies.
• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot them, and communicate updates to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years work experience in data analysis related role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft (MS) Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving; detail oriented.
• Order management experience.
• Knowledge of supply / demand match and order scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Collaborative, learning mindset and working style.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Continually works to improve and develop skills and knowledge.
• Experience w/merging and managing insights from multiple data sources preferred.
• Experience writing data queries preferred.
• Experience with MS Power BI preferred.
