JOB MISSION: Responsible for respective area of business, with autonomy and may benefit from occasional guidance. Fully coordinates tasks with cross functional team members for a category or collection of products demonstrating strong project management, costing & development skills while also maintaining transparency and issue escalation in order to maintain organizational alignment to ensure product meets or exceeds criteria for performance, cost, manufacturability, and quality. Responsible for the development of assigned styles to achieve 100% buy ready for commercialization; drive calendar management to achieve key performance indicators, in conjunction with cross-functional team members. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Manage & responsible to achieve all critical development dates. Accountable to report any delays to respective teams and manager while also working towards solutions. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: * Initiative to take on assignments and opportunities with energy and a curious mindset, while thinking ahead, looking for solutions and new ways to accomplish objectives to move forward quickly and consistently. Looks for opportunities to take calculated risks with a reasonable amount of data rather than delay action. * Demonstrates the ability to be persistent and to be flexible; applies both skills effectively in changing situations, adapting quickly to a diverse array of changing needs, conditions, priorities, or opportunities. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year.
