As an Associate Network Operations Engineer, you will perform reactive monitoring of all core level telephone, IP and Video elements within network facilities. You will be responsible for initial triage, escalation, and resolution of network troubles, as well as vendor engagement. The shift for this position is Wednesday - Saturday 9:30 pm - 8 am CST. In-office attendance in Austin is required. Your work will ultimately help in the protection of Charter's growing network.
