Overview
VTG is seeking a Global Supply Chain Lead. Responsible for managing technical delivery, overseeing integration with existing systems, and leading technical aspects of digital transformation projects.
What will you do?
- Operations
- Moderate to significant responsibility for advancing the Digital Solutions business with an emphasis on Logistics, Supply Chain and Operational Readiness in both Aviation and Maritime.
- Strong command of all projects and requirements contributing to the success of the projects under the Director's responsibility.
- Communicate financial performance of the project across all factors - Resources, ODCs and Travel.
- Develop Digital Solutions, Project financials and workforce staffing forecasts for measurement against proposed values.
- Conduct comprehensive monthly program business reviews for all projects under the Director's responsibility.
- Work across line and indirect organizations to identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Source new ideas from all levels in the organization, as well as from external advisers or consultants.
- Clearly communicate achievements and growth areas of the projects and horizontal
- Keep management apprised of customer and competitor environments.
- Promote and oversee compliance with all corporate operational policies and standards.

- Actively contribute to defining and Implementing vision and strategic roadmap to support a transformational and growth-oriented organization.
- Identify and understand federal government customer requirements and resulting business opportunities.
- Identify and contribute to managing key partner relationships from routine to moderately complex arrangements.
- Participate in Government and Industry forums and trade shows to cultivate business opportunities.
- Contribute and/or Lead to pipeline development, capture strategies and proposal development.

- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality or Engineering services industry with demonstrated project performance.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and results.
- Knowledge of federal business acquisition process.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; thorough, clear, and timely oral and written communications; Ability to make formal presentations.
- Demonstrated subject matter credibility.
- Attention to detail and superior time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
- Willing to travel.
- Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of financial planning and performance. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
