Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Director Sales Operations National Accounts to support our growing sales force and sales leaders for this $200M segment for Pavion. The individual contributor role will focus on professionalizing our national account sales force (50 sellers) and leaders through managing and administering pipeline, support the administration of CRM and CPQ tools, onboarding new sellers, driving offerings, driving account management, and assisting the National Account sales teams to reach bookings and sales staffing targets. This role will jointly report into the VP of Sales Operations of Pavion and the Security Business Unit President.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Manage pipeline accuracy
  • Support Business Development activities for new logos in our Retail and Non-Retail space
  • Assist with RFPs and RFQs
  • Manage the MSA renewal process.
  • Implement MSA pricing engines in the CPQ tool.
  • Manage parent/child data accuracy in the CRM for national accounts.
  • Handle compensation issues/resolution.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for QBRs at the direction of sales leaders
  • Publish sales performance data monthly.
  • Ensure sales staffing levels and open roles are filled through partnering with the field and the talent team.
  • Vet potential sales candidates for sales leaders as part of the hiring team.
  • Implement the account management process and ensure rigor around regular account plan actions and updates are realized for the top accounts at Pavion.
  • Drive the sales process and tool usage, pipeline hygiene and CRM/CPQ usage
  • Collaborate with the product management team on new offerings for targeted segments and program manage adoption.
  • Onboard new sellers for access and coordinate with the training leader as we bring new national sellers into Pavion.
  • Support VP of Sales Ops and National Sales Leaders with actionable data sets for actions and cadences to drive growth.
  • Develop strong relationships across internal teams to ensure appropriate resources from sales, operations, finance, procurement and product management can best support the customers objectives.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in Sales leadership, program leadership and sales operations.
  • National Account experience and leadership of top tier accounts and sellers.
  • Sales process and technical help experience on similar platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc).
  • Valid Driver's License for occasional local branch visits to gather user requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced knowledge of Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control Systems. And services offering
  • Experience with deployment and support of programs and tools for sales populations >200 users.
  • Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
  • Must have good customer service skills and strong communication skills as well as responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize IMPORTANT vs URGENT tasks
  • Experience managing contracting vehicles and compliance within the tool set.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • Must be able to work at a computer/keyboard
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time
