The Principal Program Manager, Data & Analytics Office will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and scalability of the Data & Analytics organization at Snowflake. This leader will be responsible for executing high-impact cross-functional programs, establishing governance frameworks, and embedding change management practices to ensure data consistency, reliability, and alignment across the enterprise. As a key influencer within the organization, this role will drive harmonization of data practices, enforce metrics alignment, and ensure the Data & Analytics team operates as a unified, high-performing function. This highly collaborative position interfaces across diverse data teams and business units, making it ideal for someone with a strong strategic mindset and operational execution skills. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
