We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team, providing expert support and guidance on IT-related activities and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and customer support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This role involves working closely with application developers, operations teams, and customers to ensure seamless IT operations and support.

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA with travel within the area required. Onsite presence 5 days per week.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $25 - $30 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution
  • Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects
  • Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer specific operations.
  • Work with others to hardware break/fix including (printer hardware, System crash, hardware failure, etc.)
  • Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives



Experience Requirements:

  • 5 years desktop support
  • Experience in technical and customer-support required
  • Hardware break/fix
  • Must be able to fix printer hardware
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days per week
  • Microsoft products
  • ServiceNow
  • Remote Support
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus.



Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft or CompTIA certifications preferred
