Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide a range of holistic dental services, including clear aligners, All-on-X dental implants, porcelain veneers, fillings, crowns and bridges, dentures, endodontics, extractions, gum disease treatment, and sleep apnea care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as practice policies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Iowa dental license.
• Active DEA and CPR certifications.
• 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer technology.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation:

• This is a fee-for-service office offering providers 30% of collections, with potential annual income nearing $500,000.
