SRG Global is seeking a Director of Treasury to join our team at our corporate office in Troy, MI. In this unique role, you will establish a high performing treasury organization focused on cash optimization initiatives. What You Will Do * Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * Support the implementation of a Treasury Management Solution and develop processes that will make daily cash responsibilities more effective and efficient * Manage and oversee daily cash and bank account management activities, including but not limited to cash positioning, forecasting, investments, transaction support, new account openings/closures, know your customer, etc. * Work closely with business to understand cash structures, working capital needs, etc. * Establish and optimize a cash pooling structure * Provide leadership across capabilities (Treasury, Tax, Legal, Accounting) to implement value added cash optimization strategies * Stay informed of key regulatory changes to interpret impacts * Understand and communicate the economic value of cash optimization strategies to leadership and stakeholders * Act as a resource and provide direction when steps have liquidity and/or debt implications * Produce materials for management presentations as needed * Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including reporting and disclosure requirements. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Progressive experience in a Treasury focused role * Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, data analysis and formula creation) * Experience in a Treasury Management System such as Kyriba, SAP, GTreasury, Coupa, etc. What Will Put You Ahead * Leadership and Multinational corporation experience * Experience or knowledge of cash management, corporate banking, forecasting and international pooling structures, both physical and notional * Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously * Bloomberg terminal experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
