To log and prepare all shipping / receiving papers in a timely manner, as instructed by Customer Service / Order Entry for use by the Shipping management personnel and to Finalize all shipping paperwork and communicate completed loads to Dispatch. Inventory data input for all received products

Print, download, and prepare all pick-lists for shipping.

-Record, print, download and distribute all related paperwork for each load.

-Upload and verify proper shipping of all completed loads.

-Complete the shipping departure log the accounting invoice log, bill of

Lading; pallet reports, and invoices for each completed load.

-Complete all O/P functions for inbound receipts.
