Overview UnityPoint-St. Luke's Full-Time Monday-Friday The Trauma Nurse Coordinator (TNC) is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a cost-effective system of care for trauma patients and their families throughout the continuum of care. The TNC works both independently and in collaboration with the trauma program medical director and other members of the health care team. The TNC is self-directed and self-motivating, plans and conducts work with minimal direction, and reports the progress of work to the Emergency Department Director. Why UnityPoint Health?
