Description Your Role: This position consists of a variety of customer service duties including but not limited to assisting customers, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, maintaining store conditions, and processing inventory. Role Specifics: * Part time; including evenings and weekends with additional hours potentially available during school breaks and in the summer. * 16-20 hours per week * Presents a helpful and positive image to customers and answers questions as needed. * Manages customer check-out through the cash register. * Stocks shelves (dry, frozen, or refrigerated) as needed. * Assists in merchandising product within the store. * Assists in the cleaning of store shelves and immediate work area. * Assists in identifying and pricing product ready to go to the floor. * Assists in unloading delivery trucks daily. * Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position. We need you to have: * Must be at least 16 years of age. * Ability to repetitively lift weights up to 50 pounds. * Professional and positive communication skills.
