Job Summary The Sr. Analyst, EPM Applications will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Enterprise Performance applications and solutions within the organization. This role requires strong financial skills, technical and functional expertise in Oracle EPM applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. *IT subject matter expertise on the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM applications, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), and other related modules. *EPM development, configuration and administration; providing training, and support as needed. *Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for EPM processes. *Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. *Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides. *Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with technical support and Oracle vendors as necessary. *Maintain relationships with software and managed services vendors as necessary, to maintain the functional and technical support of the EPM environments. *Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates, new features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. *Help facilitate initiatives to automate and streamline EPM processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy. *Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting and data security. *Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage Oracle EPM applications effectively. *All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM applications, with expertise in HFM *Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. *Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. *Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EPM applications Preferred Qualifications *Expertise in the following Oracle EPM Applications: HFM, FCCS, PBCS, and PCM. *Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools (e.g., Data Management, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition) *Oracle EPM certification(s) *Project functional lead experience preferred *Oracle EBS knowledge *Advanced MS-Excel skills, including statistical analysis *Highly organized; superior time management skills *Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral *Self-motivated and works well independently and in a team-setting Physical Demands *Occasionally lifts up to 10 lbs. *Long periods spent sitting at desk in front of computer screen.
