We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid Remote (2 days-home/3 days-office) to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This individual will support Hanger Clinic by screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and referring highly qualified applicants to hiring managers for specific roles, ensuring an excellent match between candidates and positions. They will be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of hiring managers, serving as an effective liaison for the Human Resources Department. This role involves performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. Your Impact
Recruiting efforts will be focused on administrative and medical support staff positions for the Hanger Clinic division. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
