Ignite Digital Services Ignite Digital, has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrator role in Charleston, SC. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication in writing, and organizational skills to support our clients support operations. Individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management support of cross-functional projects in support of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) to provide excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and other deliverables to efficiently accomplish the mission of Integrated Cyber Defense.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with project cost/schedule/performance
  • Assist with creation and management of Task books, Task Planning Sheets, and WBS
  • Provide Risk Management oversight
  • Prepare Flag level briefs with provided historical knowledge and client input
  • Assist in management of integrated product team tasking leveraging MS planner and JIRA
  • SharePoint Online development and sustainment
  • Manage daily standup, support client meetings, and capture of meeting minutes
  • Prepare ad hoc reports based on client's requests
  • Ability to quickly grasp cyber security technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure deliverables success; to include reports to multiple customers as well as senior leadership
  • Consult with team leadership to develop best practices for organizational processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Mathematics
  • 10 years of experience in specifications development, process analysis and design, problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking.
  • DoD security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management and problem / incident management to deliver quality service to application sponsors, stakeholders and users
  • Experience leading teams in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to facilitate challenging conversations where IT standards and business demands conflict to generate pragmatic solutions
  • Ability to serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise, and identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Experience operating in a rapidly changing environment

  • DoD security TS clearance with SCI


Salary: 115k+ to align with education and experience
