Overview Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU Located at the corner of University and Mill, Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU amplifies Tempe's revitalized downtown area and brings some of the largest conference and meeting space to the city. The hotel features 330 guest rooms, four dining outlets, a spacious pool deck, retail, and almost 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space along with expansive views of the ASU campus and the Tempe cityscape. Job Description The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurant outlets at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining culinary standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. While Neighborhood Services Restaurant + Bar is the primary focus, the Manager may also be asked to support other outlets throughout the hotel as needed. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive team culture, a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the dining experience, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role will cover both AM and PM shifts as needed, as the outlets are open for all 3 meal periods, 7 days per week. Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight of Neighborhood Services, including staffing, inventory, and service standards.
