Job Details Regional Operations Manager - Jefferson New JerseyJob Description Provide operational oversight and business management to our hospital based physician practice located across our 3 NJ hospitals. Works collaboratively with JMG leadership in the evaluation of operations and the provision of services, problem resolution and initiates changes as necessary. This individual is responsible for ensuring physician participation and integration into the operations of the practice(s) by ensuring that there are consistent monthly business meetings to review and strategize on the financial and operational performance of the practice. Coordinate the activities of multiple physician practices and is responsible and accountable for operations of assigned practices in accordance with established goals, standards, budgets and policies and procedures. The Regional Operations Manager serves as a liaison with Central Billing for the practice management billing system and oversees training and credentialing of assigned office staff on the system. The Regional Operations Manager also serves as liaison to managed care organizations and other regulatory bodies for assigned practices. The position provides feedback to Practice Management, Finance and Central Billing on revenue cycle management in assigned physician practices.
