Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Completes all scheduled Preventive Maintenance on time.
  • Performs all tasks safely within regulated environment.
  • Good penmanship is a requirement of this position.
  • Must be familiar with operating calipers, stopwatches, multimeters, step gauges, etc.
  • Interfaces with support groups on an ongoing basis to ensure product quality, timely completion of assignments, and ongoing cost reductions.
  • Analyzes system problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Performs any other job related task as assigned by management.

Education, Skills, & Experience:

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance
    • Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance also accepted
  • Experience in technical writing such as manufacturing procedures, Engineering Change Requests, Verifications and Validations, any other related documents.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, auto quality, autonomous team concepts.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electronic functions and advanced laws of electricity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams and PCB schematics.
  • Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Ability to safely and accurately use equipment and tools.
  • Demonstrate good people skills.
