Job Details Job Description Bacheloras degree or equivalent level of professional experience required. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : 5+ years of direct or related experience , preferably with experience in a health-related, human services, or educational institution. Community engagement experience is highly preferred. ________________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : A proven record of successful fundraising including identification, qualification, cultivation, and solicitation, preferably at the major ($25k+) and/or principal ($1 million+) gift level. Fundraising experience in the areas of both individual major gifts and corporate and foundation giving is desirable. Excellent communication skills including strong writing skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external constituencies Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work independently; handle a constantly changing heavy workflow while paying close attention to detail Strong computer aptitude including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office in Windows environment: MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access Knowledge of Raiseras Edge or similar CRM system strongly preferred Willingness and ability to learn new software systems Ability to articulate, both written and orally, a compelling case for major philanthropic support, presenting objectives persuasively to potential donors. Possess the ability to work independently, as well as cohesively to work as a member of the team. All other duties as assigned. Occasional night and weekend hours may be required.
