Corporate Development Analyst

Holistic Industries is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst that will report into the Corporate Development and Partnerships team, which leads growth and strategic initiatives, including M&A and strategic partnerships. This will be a new role within the organization and will have high-visibility, be very cross-functional, and report a senior-level executive.

  • Holistic Industries is seeking an Analyst that will report into the Corporate Development team, which leads growth and strategic initiatives, including M&A and strategic partnerships
  • This will be a new role within the organization and will have high-visibility, be very cross-functional, and report a senior-level executive
  • Work with Corporate Development team leadership to advance all growth initiatives, organic and inorganic
  • Identify and evaluate acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other strategic projects
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation and coordinate due diligence, to effectively support business case for proposed transactions
  • Assist with transaction execution, and post-transaction integration
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and business unit leaders
  • Play a pivotal role in managing and expanding brand partnerships
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Accounting, to ensure veracity of data and project insights
  • Analyze the performance of partnerships; use data to develop insights and recommendations for project improvement, including operational improvements
  • Work to determine feasibility of partnership proposals and assess internal capabilities
  • Use project management tools to easily track projects; keep team on scheduled and provide guidance if project is behind plan
  • Maintain an organized shared drive for the internal Partnership team and external stakeholders; ensure all PM tools and project documents are easily accessible and accurate


General



  • Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials


Education/Experience:



  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Strategy


Required Knowledge and Skills:



  • Strong financial model skills and understanding of investment analysis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
