As a Senior HRIS Manager specializing in the ECP Module within SuccessFactors, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining our systems to enhance data management practices. Your expertise will be crucial in critically reviewing and analyzing current payroll procedures and recommending and implementing best-practice operations. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources, Benefits, IT, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide team through reconciling payroll outputs, ensuring data integrity and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into scalable and robust technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Oversee providing payroll reports for auditors, finance, and management teams.
  • Ensure maintenance of payroll policies, process documentation, and procedures.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and industry best practices, advising on how to leverage these advancements to optimize HR processes and business operations.
  • Mentor, guide, and train other team members, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and payroll regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
  • 10 plus years of functional experience with EC Payroll
  • Strong understanding of various benefits, benefits plans and experience with integrations with various benefits vendors e.g. 401K, Deferred Comp, H&W, Union PHW.
  • Proficiency in SAP EC Payroll (Not SAP HR Payroll) configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
  • AP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking and working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation and benefits
