Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Information Technology, Human Centered Design, or Computer Engineering and 5 years of experience in utilizing user interaction (UI) design principles, such as visual and information architecture, application design, and usability testing, to design and develop next generation user interface interactions.
- Must have experience in:
- Designing human work systems, using human factors engineering and ergonomic principles to optimize usability, cost, quality, safety, or performance of touchscreen-based display and control interfaces.
- Designing user interface models for physical and digital interfaces using FIGMA, Framer, Axure RP Pro, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collecting data through direct observation, user questionnaires, focus group discussion, task analysis, online surveys, persona creation and user journey map to refine user experiences.
- Developing and maintaining design system, UI patterns, UI specifications, and guidelines to share with design team as new projects begin. Must submit portfolio of UX and interaction design project deliverables.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering Leads to bring novel new consumer experiences to Electrolux's line of smart appliances, from concept to launch.
- Design human work systems, using human factors engineering and ergonomic principles to optimize usability, cost, quality, safety, or performance of touchscreen-based display and control interfaces.
- Collect data through direct observation, user questionnaires, focus group discussion, task analysis, online surveys, persona creation and user journey map to refine user experiences.
- Translate the UX concept into a usable and useful product interface with a potential mix of physical and digital controls.
- Define and manage UX core principles and concepts for UI design using derived insights and analysis that provide meaningful values to target users and the company.
- Facilitate next generation product UX (User Experience) conceptualization.
- Utilize interaction design principles, such as visual and information architecture, application design, and usability testing to design and develop next generation user interface interactions.
- Design user interface models for physical and digital interfaces using FIGMA, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design Product UX; including, but not limited to information architecture, interaction (Physical & Digital), motion, usability, visual, sound, and prototyping.
- Facilitate development and implementation of research, analysis methodology and tools related to each project and promote planning, implementation, and analysis of the assigned project regarding its requirement, functions, market, trend, users etc.

- Manage and oversee to ensure that commercial output, e.g., information architecture, workflow, content, and layout are materialized within the given timeline and resources by carrying out detailed scenarios created on the UX core principles and concept.
