About the Role

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on the design, integration, testing, and deployment of secure cryptographic systems that directly support Information Assurance Capabilities (IAC) and Cryptographic Assurance Operations (CAO) missions. You will ensure the success of these high-priority operations by helping to modernize and secure critical systems. What You'll Do



  • Provide technical support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including client/server/storage/network devices.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, and proactive problem resolution.
  • Administer and secure network systems, ensuring access control and path management.
  • Configure and manage Windows operating systems, enhancing reliability and performance.
  • Perform system capacity analysis, planning, and optimize resource utilization to improve overall system performance.


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience or 10 years of overall experience with Security+ Certification.
  • Active TS/SCI, fully cleared.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Windows operating systems and system software.
  • Proficiency in network security, including managing network devices and access controls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues at the Tier 1 / Tier 2
  • Experience in providing detailed system analysis and recommending enhancements.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $215,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
