Description Job title Therapist Reports to Clinical Manager/Program Director Position Summary The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapies to children, adolescents or adults depending on program support population using evidence-based practices in addiction-substance use disorders, mental health diagnosis and other areas as required by program. Perform initial assessment, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs. $1500 sign on bonus available (after successful completion of 90 day probation period). Essential Duties Addendum: Rise Above: Therapist/Clinical Evaluator The clinical evaluator conducts court-ordered biopsychosocial evaluations and makes recommendations for treatment and ancillary services. The evaluations are performed at the program office during daytime hours. Meet with individuals to conduct biopsychosocial evaluations
