3rd Shift Team Lead (starting 34.70)

* Safety: Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, especially regarding proper lifting techniques, good housekeeping practices, and compliance with departmental and plant safety rules.
* Quality: Promote quality throughout the production process by ensuring that all products produced meet or exceed established standards for taste, texture, appearance, and nutritional content.
* Productivity: Monitor productivity levels of employees on the line and implement strategies to increase efficiency without compromising quality. This may involve providing training and support to employees to help them perform at their best.
* Culture: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, encouraging teamwork, and recognizing individual contributions to the success of the team.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, 5S competitions, and other various teams as directed by management.
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move around the production floor frequently.
* Availability to work any shift.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
