Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Responsible for successful management of both incoming and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. Setting the customer service tone for our organization; assesses and appropriately responds to requests for information and needs in an accurate, courteous, confidential, and comprehensive manner.
