We are searching for a talented Customer Services Ambassador

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day/Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; Hours vary

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.



Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Lead Clinical & Patient Food Services, perform a variety of duties in support of the Food & Nutrition Department, including ensuring customer and patient satisfaction, obtaining patient meal selections as close to mealtime as possible, performing data entry of patient food preferences and allergies into the Patient Services Software Platform, screening patients for nutritional risk, following cash-handling practices/procedures, setting up cafeteria stations, etc.. As directed, work retail assignments to meet the needs of cafeteria customers, including use of the retail sales system.


Qualifications

  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training or the equivalent knowledge or experience required.
  • Minimum of one-year food service experience required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.



Pay Range

USD $15.78 - USD $22.22 /Hr.
