The Temporary Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day management and oversight of the Residence Life Office. The Admin II's primary function is to assist the professional staff members within the Residence Life Office and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents and greets students, employees, families, and visitors to the office. The responsibilities associated with this position included, but are not limited to:
Requirements: HS or GED, and a minimum of 3 years of office experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of typical office machines: computer, copier/printer; Accounting for budget purposes: Intermediate skills in MS Office, Google Drive; Strong organizational skills, problem solving, and communication; high level of discretion and interpersonal skills.
