Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a NPI Project Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on New Product Introduction in New Richmond, WI. As the NPI Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for introducing new products at the campus. In this role you will have P&L responsibilities for the NPI team as well as be a primary contact for our customers. This position offers a competitive wage along with a $2,500 sign on bonus. What You Will Do * P&L Accountability for the NPI projects including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting * Partner with Program Leaders and Commercial Partners to challenge, de-risk, and improve performance to project plan, cost inputs, and time to SOP * Directly support NPI-related customer, supplier, and escalations and engage relevant stakeholders to resolve and communicate issues * Actively contribute to and implement divisional initiatives and support centrally led capabilities * Actively identify and lead transformational projects that reduce costs in partnership with Finance and Operations * Proactively manage NPI demand cycles and take action to ensure all NPI-costed resources are well utilized and the NPI team is staffed, across all disciplines * Continually challenge, action plan, and coach employees to maximize the results to NPI AOP, forecast, and flash; actively communicate variations to plan attainment * Continually coach and develop employees to increase individual & team contributions, overcome challenges, and promote self-actualization. * Provide knowledge as the technical resource for the initiation and implementation of cost improvement plans on new and existing programs * Travel to other facilities may be required to support business needs Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 5+ year's experience in New Product Introduction and/or project management * Experience and understanding of medical device regulations ISO13485 * Experience with Project Management tools, methodologies, and processes What Will Put You Ahead * Manufacturing or Operational Experience * Strong technical skills in injection molding, tooling, materials, product design, and affiliated processes: to include secondary operations and automation * Thermoplastic Injection Molding experience * Experience with Drug Handling regulations * Experience with supervisor responsibilities over multi-level organization This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.
