HX5 is currently seeking a Test & Evaluations Manager to support the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of DoD test and evaluation processes to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Prepare, maintain, update, and review the full range of test plans and test-related documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and securing required test resources in support of project/program office objectives.
• Support definition of minimum test requirements, definition of task scope, and selection of alternatives.
• Provide data collection assistance and evaluate the data for sufficiency. Perform data analysis using Modeling and Simulation (M&S) techniques, models, computer simulations, or other tools/methods as necessary.

Education and Experience

• Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience;
  
  
  
  • High school diploma, twenty (20) years of relevant experience, and eight (8) years of DoD experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience.
  • Master's degree, twelve (12) years of relevant experience, and five (5) years of DoD experience.
  
  
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
