The Educator and Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing the mentoring program by overseeing the screening, training, and continuous support of volunteer mentors and youth participants. This role is dedicated to ensuring child safety and fostering positive youth development by nurturing strong, trust-based relationships. The Coordinator provides a high standard of customer service and support to volunteer mentors, youth, and families at all stages of the mentoring process, ensuring an enriching and secure experience. In addition, this position also serves as the educational leader for the school-age program. This includes assessing, designing, and implementing professional development opportunities tailored to school-age staff. The Educator and Enrichment Coordinator will develop both community-based and individualized learning opportunities to enhance staff knowledge, skills, and engagement, thereby promoting excellence in youth education and enrichment.
