Job Title: Sr. Manager, Consolidated Services Center Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Job Summary This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day and workflow operations at the Grady Health Consolidated Service Center and supporting activity functions to achieve or exceed Grady Health, Inc.'s goals and objectives. Provide excellent quality, competitive value, and outstanding service by planning, organizing, and directing process improvement. Provide leadership and mentoring to several direct reports in the processing receipt, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipping of medical supplies and equipment, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner, while providing the highest level of professional customer service to supporting customers. Manage warehousing and distribution channels to ensure material and equipment needs are met throughout the product creation process. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Coordinate purchasing and new product implementation activities with Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing and Supply Chain Administration to maintain inventory at planned levels. Qualifications - Master's Degree in a related field Bachelor's Degree Materials Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred -A minimum of 7 years of position-related experience required and 5 years of supervisory level experience preferred. -Bachelor's Degree Materials Management, Logistics, Business or a related field required - Healthcare supply chain experience desired. Experience may substitute for education requirements. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required. - Current Georgia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck. - Must have demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management functions to include shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse storage, distribution, and rules/ regulations and related safety requirements. - Must have demonstrated experience implementing innovative programs aimed at optimizing department operational efficiencies. - Must demonstrate problem-solving, organization, time management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to navigate and manage multiple information systems, experience with ERP (Workday) and WMS strongly preferred.
