We are looking for a Head of Customer Experience Center (Senior Marketing Manager) to manage our Customer Experience Center (showroom) in our corporate headquarter in North Canton (Ohio). The position includes overall responsibility for the planning and successful execution of customer visits, ongoing operation and strategic evolution of the showroom.

As a host, you are creating a red-carpet experience for our visitors and represent Diebold Nixdorf and our superior solutions in a customer centric way. Thereby you understand the Diebold Nixdorf positioning, know the global banking market and can present our solution portfolio extensively to North American and International customers (virtually or in-person). In order to organize and carry out customer presentations and visits in detail, you will be responsible for working with various contacts in our North Canton headquarter and our North American and international sales and product teams.
